   Our shipping regions are as follows: Mainland UK only (including Northern Ireland).

How much does it cost?
All of our items have a set delivery charge so depending on the amount the item costs delivery charges may vary, For example any orders in the region of £7.50 - £14.00 deliver is £2.95 to UK mainland. We can also deliver to other countries so please contact us on 0870 199 7897 and we will happily assit you.

How long does it take?
Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 2-5 business days (excluding Saturday) most arriving within 2 .

Homephonesonline, like many online companies, experience busy trading periods, typically the weekends. It is at these times that you may experience a delay of a day or two before receiving your order. We can assure you though that every possible effort is made to process and ship your order on time.

Homephonesonline relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ with delivery dates, there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Homephonesonline will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

Who do we use?
Orders addressed within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are usually sent by Royal Mail accept for some items of high value which are sent Parcel Force but this can be confirmed at time of ordering should you require this. If you require your item urgently we do give our customers the option of choosing a 48hr service with Parcel Force when completing order at the costs of £7.95. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date.

Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by Royal Mail or Parcel Force with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Both Royal Mail and Parcel Force will usually only attempt one re-delivery occasionally twice, thereafter you willl be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Homephonesonline. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less postage which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Homephonesonline.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
If the parcel does not arrive within the expected time scale then please don't hesitate to email us. We will then contact either Parcel Force or Royal Mail on your behalf and chase this up.
